In Hyderabad it is in the room rate: idli, vada, dosa and sambar, with fruit, eggs to order and filter coffee. In Varanasi the room is sold on its own and breakfast is charged separately — poori, paratha and the rest of it, pure vegetarian. Served early at both, because most of our guests are out before the city is.
A single room that seats a whole coach party at once, so a group of sixty eats together and leaves together. Pure vegetarian, cooked in our own kitchen, with Jain and satvik meals prepared on notice.
A tray of tea and two bottles of water are waiting in every room when you arrive. Anything the kitchen is serving can come up to you — ring reception and ask what is on.
