Free to cancel until 24 hours before the check-in day. Cancel it yourself on Find my booking, or call reception. Nothing is charged, because nothing was charged in the first place.
Cheaper because it is committed. It cannot be cancelled or moved, and the room is held for you whether you come or not. If something serious has happened, call us — we are a family business and we would rather hear about it than not.
A room nobody claims by midday the following day is released. On the flexible rate you owe nothing. On the advance purchase the stay stands.
Nothing is charged on this website and no card details are asked for anywhere on it. You settle at the hotel, by cash, UPI, card or bank transfer. A GST invoice is emailed on the morning you leave.
Indian hotel GST is charged per room per night and is added to the room rate rather than hidden inside it: 12% at or below ₹7,500 a night, 18% above it. Every price printed on this site is the room rate. The tax appears as its own line and the total you will actually pay is on the screen before you confirm anything. The band follows the price actually charged, so a discount that takes a room under the threshold takes the tax down with it.
Reception is staffed 24 hours at both hotels, so a late train or a small-hours flight is ordinary rather than a problem. Tell us the time on the booking and the room is held.
Children stay in the room with you. Say how many when you book so the room is made up right. Where an extra bed is possible the desk will tell you what it costs.
Indian law requires every adult guest to show photo identification at check-in, and foreign nationals to show a passport and visa. Please carry it.
We keep what a booking needs — name, phone, email, city, and the stay itself — and we do not sell it or pass it to anyone who is not part of running the hotel. Ask us and we will tell you what we hold, or delete it once the stay and its invoice are closed.
